  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been successfully placed.

Shipping Timelines

  • Once dispatched, deliveries generally take 5 to 7 working days to reach you, depending on your location.

  • Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take a few additional days.

  • Please note that in case of unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or strikes), delivery times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your courier tracking link and tracking number.

  • You can also track your order directly from your Order History page on our website. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email in your main inbox.

Undeliverable Packages If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to our facility. In such cases, our customer support team will reach out to you to arrange a re-delivery or process a refund as per our standard return policies.
